Spaces are 10”x15” Cost per space: $50.00 per weekend

The following rules and notes apply to all events:

1) There will be only two exhibitor passes issued for each space.

2) There will be no vehicles permitted in the exhibit area after set up time has expired.

3) Security will be provided 24 hours a day. However, it is suggested that you try to secure your valuables when away from your booth. The EMCFA will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items or for any damage to your property.

4) Electricity is limited in some areas. If you require electricity please let us know in advance. The area where the spaces are located will be partially paved and partially dirt, depending upon where the space is located.

5) Exhibitors will need to furnish their own tables, chairs, and awnings (if desired) etc…There is a limited number of covered spaces available on first come reservation basis.

THE DEADLINE FOR OBTAINING A SPACE IS THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2008; and THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2008.

****NOTE-Booth locations will be assigned on first sign up, first pay basis. Space is limited so reserve yours now!***

MOVE IN TIME: Friday, September 12, 2008 and Friday, September 19, 2008 both weekends will be at 9AM to 3PM.
