Little Prince and Princess Contest Official Rules

  1. Contestant must be 4 to 7 years old.
  2. Contestant must be a resident of East Montgomery County. (New Caney ISD & Splendora ISD)
  3. Contestant must be dressed in western apparel.
  4. Winning contestants should be available to ride in the Rodeo Grand Entry on Saturday night at 8:00 PM.
  5. Contestants must have parent’s written consent to enter the contest.
  6. Contestants will be judged on poise, personality, appearance and interview.
  7. Deadline for entries is Septtember 13, 2008, have to be signed up by 2:30 PM.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
  8. The contest will begin at 3:30 PM Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008.
  9. Parent or legal guardian must be present.
  10. Judges will be selected by the Little Prince and Princess Committee and approved by the Executive Board.
  11. Little Prince will receive a belt buckle, sash and plaque.
  12. Little Princess will receive a belt buckle, tiara, roses and sash.
  13. There will be first runner up and second runner up trophies.

The East Montgomery County Fair association, its committee members, judges and MC is not responsible for any accidents and/or injuries resulting from the entrant’s participation in this event.
